3. Returns & Refunds

All return and refund requests must be submitted via email to support@homis.com. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and the return process. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions once your request is reviewed.

Where is my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active. If you haven’t received this email, check your spam folder or contact us at homishousegdt@gmail.com.

How do I return an item?

Please email homishousegdt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process and provide an RMA number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@homis.com if you need to make changes.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear this. Please email 

within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter to receive exclusive offers and discount codes. Promotional codes can be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
