Return & Refund Policy
At Homís, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
• The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The item is not listed under our Non-Returnable Items section below.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals that have been broken.
• Digital products or downloadable content.
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance events.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our support team at homishousegdt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Securely pack the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
Step 5: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Partial refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted — for example, items with obvious signs of use or items not in their original condition.
Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at homishousegdt@gmail.com.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at support@homis.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at homishousegdt@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping Costs
• Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Homís-initiated returns: If we ask you to return a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
• Original shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at homishousegdt@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.
