• Payment is processed securely. Homís does not store your full card details.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
• Promotional prices and discount codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
5. Orders & Order Confirmation
When you place an order with Homís, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for the following reasons:
• The product is out of stock or unavailable.
• We are unable to process your payment.
• There is a suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction.
• An error in product pricing or description was present at the time of ordering.
Order acceptance and the formation of a purchase contract between you and Homís occurs only when we dispatch your item and send a shipping confirmation.
