Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Homís. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been dispatched.
• In rare cases, processing may take slightly longer during peak periods such as sales events or holidays. We will notify you if this affects your order.
2. Shipping Destinations
Homís ships worldwide. Shipping availability and estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout before payment is taken.

The following are estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or local conditions.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout where applicable.
• Standard shipping fees vary by destination and order weight.
• Express shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping thresholds, when available, will be displayed on our homepage or checkout page.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your dispatch confirmation.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order being placed, please contact us at homishousegdt@gmail.com.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Homís ships internationally and some orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
• We are unable to predict or control customs delays or fees.
• By placing an order, you accept responsibility for any applicable import duties or taxes in your country.
• If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
7. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Homís is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.
• If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local courier depot before contacting us.
• If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at homishousegdt@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the courier.
• If your package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Homís is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at homishousegdt@gmail.com immediately. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on your country’s import regulations. If your order contains a restricted item, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or full refund.
